On-Site Shredding Services

1. Trucks return to our secure facility where they are backed directly into the unloading area. All shredded material is then forced out of the truck by a moving wall. Shredded materials are then transported up a enclosed conveyor and into the baler where they are then compressed and tied into bales.

2. Bales are then stored until they are loaded onto

tractor trailers and taken directly to paper mills.

The paper mills de ink and process the paper into

new low grade paper products such as paper

towel and toilet paper.

3. Each ton of shredded, recycled paper saves 17 trees / 7,000 gallons of water / 400 kilowatts of energy / 90 cubic feet of landfill space / 100 gallons of gasoline. Our customers helped recycle over 2,000 tons of paper in 2004 and that number keeps climbing every day.
