Safe and Secure Transports
Assured Document Management safely and securely transports your file boxes in one of our secure transportation vehicles, referred to as our ‘Secure Mobile Document Vault’ to one of our facilities. Our secure transportation benefits you in the following ways:
- All record storage vehicles are equipped for the secure transportation of records.
- All vehicles have Babaco alarms. The Babaco alarm system prevents the driver from starting the vehicle if any of the cargo doors are open. It also will sound the alarm if the doors are accessed without disarming the alarm. The alarm is automatically engaged every time the doors are closed.
- All vehicles have the Babaco locking system retrofitted to all of the cargo doors. These high security locks cannot have the keys duplicated anywhere but from Babaco. All locks will lock automatically when the doors are closed and require a key to access the cargo areas.
- All vehicles are equipped with GPS for tracking and reporting purposes.
- All vehicles are equipped with back up cameras for safety.
